*On Campus Exam*

This exam session is reserved for students taking the RN Community Health ATI. All other registrations will be cancelled. Please be sure to complete the registration form correctly and in its entirety. Your registration will be canceled if all the necessary details are not included on the registration form. To retake ATI exams, you must have a valid remediation code (distributed by the ATI team) at the time of registration, or your registration will be canceled. You must show up at the correct campus at the proper time for your exam, or you will not be allowed to take your ATI exam. You will not be admitted to the exam if you are not on the registration list. Reminder: for exam check-in, you must have a government-issued ID.
