Details:

• Date: Wednesday, April 16th
• Location: Bolingbrook Golf Club. 2001 Rodeo Drive, Bolingbrook, IL 60490

• Time: Graduates should arrive promptly at 4:30 pm for rehearsal.

Please keep in mind that if you are late and miss the rehearsal, you will be placed towards the end of the line, and your photo and acknowledgement will not be shown as your name is called on stage.

Guests will not be allowed in the ceremony space during rehearsal and must wait in the lobby until the doors open.

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm.

Dress code:

White nursing scrubs or white nursing dress. You may also wear a nurse's cap.

Arrival instructions:

Please check in at one of the four check-in stations when you arrive. Signs will direct you to your designated station. After checking in, you will receive an index card with your name and seat number.

Please keep this card and proceed to your assigned seat until further instructions are provided.

Guests:

Due to the fire code and venue capacity, each graduate is allowed up to 4 guests each. Tickets will be required for guest admittance.

All guests (including children/babies) must have a ticket, and all tickets will be checked at the door.

Tickets:

Your Maximum of 4 tickets can be picked up during the NCLEX Registration Workshop , which is taking place at the Romeoville Campus on Wednesday, April 2^nd from (10 am - 1 pm).

If you cannot attend, please note that an email will be sent when tickets are available for pickup at the front desk later.

*There will be no waitlist for tickets. If you need additional tickets, we encourage you to connect with your fellow graduates

Please note: Balloons are NOT allowed in the ceremony space.

Photography:

Professional photographers have been hired for this event.

To ensure a smooth experience, outside professional photographers will not be permitted in the ceremony space and will be asked to leave the venue.

Livestream:

The ceremony will be live-streamed and can be viewed on the Rasmussen Facebook page the day of pinning. *More information to follow.

Photos and acknowledgements:

We want to celebrate your achievement! You can have your photo displayed as you walk across the stage and receive your pin.

We also encourage you to include a brief acknowledgement to thank your loved ones for their support. Your acknowledgement can be as short or as long as you like, but we recommend no more than 6 sentences for readability.

Example of graduate acknowledgement:

“I would like to thank my friends and family for their endless support, patience, and encouragement. None of this would have been possible without them.”

Due date for photos and acknowledgement:

Please email your photo and acknowledgement to @Raven Donovan by Wednesday, April 6^th.

Your submission must include your full name and campus.

Photos and acknowledgements submitted after the deadline will not be included in the pinning presentation.

Photo Guidelines:

• Wear your Rasmussen University scrubs, a white scrub top, or white nursing dress. A nursing hat is also acceptable
• The photo should feature only you; no other people, pets, or objects
• Use a plain or light background

• Photo should be clear and in focus
